The constitutional reform in Cameroon introducing the position of vice president reveals major political stakes, according to Cameroonian journalist and political analyst Donald Brice Kamgang.
President Paul Biya is seeking to reassure international partners by showing them that he is thinking about Cameroon's future after his departure, Kamgang told Sputnik Africa.
