Strikes on Iran’s Nuclear Sites Violate NPT and IAEA Rules: Russian MFA
"The situation is aggravated by the fact that these actions are undermining the NPT, the IAEA’s verification mechanisms, nuclear security conventions, and the agency’s relevant regulations," Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
She added that Moscow expects the International Atomic Energy Agency to demand an end to the US-Israeli attacks.
Zakharova singled out the strikes on the Khondab complex, the Ardakan facility, and shelling near the Bushehr nuclear plant as incidents that “deserve strong international condemnation.”
