South Africa-Tanzania Science Cooperation Aims to Advance Africa's Innovation Agenda, Says Official
A recent meeting between the two nations' deputy ministers of science and technology reaffirmed their commitment to cooperation, building on a 2011 bilateral agreement, according to a South African official.
Today, the collaboration is yielding concrete results: this year, 16 Tanzanian students will study at the University of Johannesburg under an exchange program, Lindiwe Gama, Director of Africa Bilateral Cooperation at South Africa's Department of Science, Technology and Innovation, told Sputnik Africa.
