10-Kilogram Tumor Removed From Ethiopian Woman in Three-Hour Surgery
A team of eight doctors successfully performed the procedure on a 34-year-old woman at Modula Hospital in Ethiopia, according to local media.
Over the past decade, the tumor had left her unable to sleep on her back, move freely, or work.
The surgery marked the first time such a procedure had been performed at the hospital, which has been providing services since 2016.
