Namibia Expects Russian Assistance in Fertilizer Production Sector: Foreign Minister
Building a fertilizer plant in the African country was discussed at the 11th bilateral business forum, Namibian Minister of International Relations and Trade Selma Ashipala-Musav said.
The minister made her statement at the 11th bilateral Intergovernmental Commission session in Windhoek on Monday.
According to her, such a plant would:
⭕Reduce dependence on food imports;
⭕Cut fertilizer prices;
⭕Transform the country into an exporter of both fertilizers and food to other countries in the AfCFTA.
