Zimbabwe Launches 2026-2030 National AI Strategy for Inclusive Development: President
This marks a pivotal step toward the nation's digital independence and development, President Emmerson Mnangagwa said at its parliamentary launch.
The program is based on four main principles:
🟠 Talent and Capacity Development;
🟠 Infrastructure Sovereignty;
🟠 AI Adoption;
🟠 Ethical Governance.
The new strategy will allow improving the education system and accelerating research to achieve the main objective of the project—creating a human-centric approach to technology by developing agriculture, smart mining, and healthcare diagnostics, President Mnangagwa said on his social media.
