About 8,000 Russian civilians have been killed, and at least 27,000 people have been injured in attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces over the past four years, Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large on the Kiev regime's crimes Rodion Miroshnik said in late February.
The launch of Ukrainian Armed Forces missiles at Russia’s Bryansk would have been impossible without British specialists, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
Earlier in the day, Bryansk Region Governor Alexander Bogomaz said that Ukraine struck Bryansk with seven Storm Shadow missiles on Tuesday.

▪️ The governor of Sevastopol described the strike as a "monstrous terrorist attack."
▪️ According to MP Dmitry Belik, the Ukrainian missile strike was premeditated and aimed at killing as many civilians as possible.
