Dollar is No Longer Needed: Belarus' President
Aleksandr Lukashenko received a briefing by Foreign Minister Maxim Ryzhenkov on his visits to Togo and Ghana.
The president highlighted Oman as a good example of long-standing trade connections in East Africa that offer opportunities for cooperation and investment, especially amid the reduced reliance on the dollar.
Africa is the future, Lukashenko noted.
"We must remember that we are not an empire, we are not Americans, and that we will cover the entire continent. We must have strongholds from which to operate in the countries that interest us. This is the main thing," the president explained.
