Russia Demonstrated Authentic Communication During Ukraine Talks: Witkoff
The US President's special envoy stated at the Ukrainian YES Meeting forum that the parties had met in separate rooms, that military discussions had taken place, and that economic prosperity had been addressed. He noted that regarding the Russians, they had observed a certain moderation and, in his view, authentic communication.

In late January and early February, the first two rounds of negotiations were held in Abu Dhabi, bringing together representatives from Moscow, Kiev, and Washington. The third round of talks took place on February 17 and 18 in Geneva. According to the head of the Russian delegation, the discussions were difficult but conducted professionally.
A new round of negotiations will take place soon, Vladimir Medinsky specified.
