Meeting Between Russian & Malagasy Presidents to Take Place in Form of Official Breakfast the Kremlin
"As part of the official visit of the President of the Republic of Madagascar to our country, a small group meeting and Russian-Malagasy talks will be held," stated the spokesperson for the Russian presidency.
The meeting will focus on prospects for bilateral cooperation, as well as the international and regional agenda, according to the Kremlin press service.
This is the first visit to Russia by Mikhail Randrianirina, who was sworn in as president on October 17, 2025, following the flight of the former head of state amid widespread popular protests.
