Nigeria Customs Service to Go Fully Paperless by Q2 2026 End
The initial phase of this transition will encompass core clearance, documentation, and approval processes, Controller-General of Customs, Adewale Adeniyi noted at the launch of the One-Stop-Shop framework.
"This initiative will further reduce physical interfaces, enhance data integrity, improve processing speed, and strengthen audit controls,” he added during the speech in Lagos.
The One-Stop-Shop framework is aimed at consolidating every risk intervention into a unified digital and physical system.
