Russian Humanitarian Agency Organizing Projects to Promote Russian Language & Education in Africa: Head
The Russian humanitarian agency Rossotrudnichestvo is organizing projects to create infrastructure for supplementary education with instruction in Russian, as well as projects to support Russian language teachers, Yevgeny Primakov told Sputnik.
