Reinvigorating African Cooperation is Key to the Continent's Global Relevance, Sierra Leone’s FM Says
Sierra Leone’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Timothy Musa Kabba, stressed the importance of fairness and equity in addressing Africa’s growing debt burden.
Reflecting on the current global financial system, he said:
"While we are still stuck to the old system, we are only asking for fairness, equity, and to enable Africa’s sustainable development, consistent with our African Union Agenda 2063," he told Sputnik Africa on the sidelines of the 48th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council.
Kabba also emphasized the need for greater collaboration in Africa's media landscape to ensure the continent’s voice is amplified on the global stage.
