BRICS Always Has Constructive and Positive Intentions, Says Ethiopian Ambassador to Brazil
The BRICS bloc is playing a constructive role and its practical initiatives are fostering collaboration in trade, investment, and tourism, Ambassador Lulsegged Admasu told Sputnik Africa.
The diplomat described the grouping as a "useful platform" for boosting economic cooperation and stated that both Ethiopia and Brazil are working to enhance mutual benefits.
The statement follows the recent signing of an agreement between Ethiopia and Brazil to boost trade and investment, formalized at the Ethio-Brazil Economic Cooperation Forum in Addis Ababa.
Based on South-South cooperation and BRICS development principles, the partnership aims to deepen economic ties and foster development through knowledge transfer and innovation, according to officials from both sides.
