But in spite of all that constraint we have developed, and we are happy that we feel very independent," Emmerson Mnangagwa said.The land rightfully belonged to Zimbabweans, not to outsiders, the president stated. He explained that after colonialists had seized land from indigenous people, Zimbabweans eventually reclaimed it. "Those who wanted to have land on the same basis as the African people of Zimbabwe remained.
