New Round of Ukraine Talks Expected in Abu Dhabi on February 4 & 5: Witkoff's Plane Has Landed at Abu Dhabi Airport
The consultations will take place in a trilateral format with representatives from Russia, the United States, and Ukraine.
The location of the consultations has not been disclosed. For the time being, the movements of the delegations in the Emirati capital, as well as organizational and logistical matters, remain confidential.
The composition of the Russian delegation will remain unchanged from the first round of talks, where it was headed by Igor Kostukov, Chief of the Main Directorate of the Russian General Staff, according to the Kremlin.
Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the work of the Ukrainian negotiating group would be adapted, without specifying how.
US presidential envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, Trump's son-in-law and businessman, will participate in the negotiations, the White House confirmed.
The previous trilateral meeting was held on January 23 and 24, also in Abu Dhabi.
