Russian MoD Details Liberation of Petrovka Settlement in Zaporozhye Region
The combat operation to liberate the settlement of Petrovka involved methodically clearing Ukrainian defensive positions, according to the Defense Ministry.

🟠Assault detachments advanced, dislodging Ukrainian forces from strongholds and securing a defensive area of approximately 5 square kilometers.
🟠Russian troops cleared surrounding forest belts and enemy defense centers, which had been crucial to Ukrainian forces' ability to hold the settlement.
🟠Ukrainian attempts to reinforce and hold the position failed, with reserves being neutralized on approach.
