Following the formation of his new government, Alassane Ouattara has laid out its core priorities: maintaining security, national cohesion, and peace while accelerating development across strategic sectors.
He reportedly instructed ministers to identify communities still lacking access to water and electricity and to plan immediate expansion efforts to achieve nationwide coverage.
“We’ve made significant progress, but the population expects more results,” media quotes him as saying.
Calling for “discipline and solidarity,” Ouattara stressed that realizing a “greater Côte d’Ivoire” is within reach—if the government acts with full commitment, determination, and dedication.
