TikTok's Most-Followed Content Creator Inks $900M Deal to Launch AI Commerce Venture: Company
Senegal-born Khaby Lame is moving from influencer to controlling shareholder in a $900 million deal: part of his company was acquired by US-listed Rich Sparkle Holdings, the latter announced.
As part of the agreement, Rich Sparkle gains exclusive global rights to manage Lame’s brand partnerships and e-commerce for 36 months, the company said.
A key feature is the licensed development of an AI-powered “digital twin” of Lame—capable of creating virtual content and hosting multilingual livestreams 24/7, according to Rich Sparkle.
The partnership aims to combine Lame’s 360-million-strong global following with scalable e-commerce, targeting over $4 billion in annual sales. Rollout will begin in the US, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
