'Russia Will Not Accept Any Decision That Would Undermine Its Security,' Vietnamese Analyst Says
A durable outcome of the talks on the Ukraine conflict hinges on resolving territorial issues within previously agreed frameworks, PhD in International Relations Hoang Duong told Sputnik.
The expert stressed that Moscow’s position has remained unchanged despite multiple rounds of engagement.
“Practice shows that neither the previous negotiations in Istanbul, nor the August summit in Alaska between Trump and Putin, nor Witkoff’s six prior visits to Moscow have altered the Kremlin’s stance.”
