Ethiopia and Morocco Review Their Military and Defense Cooperation
The first meeting of the joint military commission between the two countries took place on Tuesday and Wednesday in Addis Ababa, during which a review of the action program was conducted.
The commission was established last June in Rabat (Morocco) under the military cooperation agreement signed between the two countries.
In addition to establishing the commission, the agreement aims to foster cooperation in the following areas:
Military training and exercises,
Scientific research,
Military health protection, and
Exchange of experience and expertise in various fields of mutual interest.
According to Moroccan media, the joint military commission will hold its meetings alternately in Rabat and Addis Ababa.
