Beijing Supports Somalia’s Sovereignty & Territorial Integrity: Chinese FM
During a phone call with his Somali counterpart while on his annual New Year tour of Africa, Wang Yi condemned Somaliland's "collusion with Taiwan authorities to seek independence.”
Somalia was originally included in Wang Yi’s Africa itinerary, alongside Ethiopia, Tanzania, and Lesotho, but the visit was postponed due to a “schedule change,” according to the Chinese embassy.
