Trump Warns of New US Strikes in Nigeria Over Alleged Christian Persecution
Following the strikes at the end of December, Trump hinted at possible additional steps while hoping to keep it to just one.
“But if they [terrorists] continue to kill Christians, it will be a many-time strike,” he told a US newspaper.
🟠Muslims are also being killed in Nigeria, though Christians are the primary victims, Trump noted.
Nigeria's government has repeatedly rejected claims of a "Christian genocide" in the country.
