Kiev Commits One More Crime in Russia's Kherson Region in One Day — Killing a Child, Governor Says
A five-year-old child died, his grandfather, grandmother, and mother were injured after the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked a car, Vladimir Saldo said.
"The Kiev bastards have committed another bloody crime," he wrote.
Earlier in the day, a Ukrainian drone strike targeted civilians celebrating the New Year in Russia’s Kherson region, killing more than 20 deaths.
