Russia Could Help Malawi Build Capacity, Not Just Provide Aid: Malawi's FM
As Russian officials noted, the country will seriously consider supporting Malawi’s fuel supply, possibly through a refinery at Nacala or a pipeline, George Tapatula Chaponda told Sputnik Africa.
"We say it, I repeat, I said it's better not to give a child fish but to teach the child or anybody how to fish," he said.
