Venezuela Warns US It Will Not Allow Plundering of Its Energy Resources"If they want oil, they have to pay for it; they're not going to steal it," Venezuelan Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez said, emphasizing that Caracas will not hand over "a single molecule" of its hydrocarbons without a legitimate and fair transaction.In this regard, she lashed out at Washington and described various actions as international crimes, including operations in the Caribbean Sea that, in her view, constitute extrajudicial killings and "outright piracy" against Venezuelan assets, with the aim of appropriating the country's oil without paying for it.
