Russian Army Reliably Controlling All Areas of Kupyansk Despite Enemy Infiltration Attempts: Russian Armed Forces’ Battlegroup
"Units of the "West" battlegroup continue to carry out combat missions in the special military operation zone. The city of Kupyansk is under the control of the 6th Combined Arms Army," Russian media quoted the head of the Press Center of the "West" battlegroup of the Russian Armed Forces as saying.
The battlegroup is firmly repelling enemy attacks on several settlements, maintaining control and preventing any breakthrough toward Kupyansk by striking with artillery and attack drones at long range, he reportedly noted.
Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Gerasimov reported to Putin on the liberation of Kupyansk in late November.
