Russian Paratrooper Single-Handedly Captures Ukrainian Position, Comrade Reports
The soldier continued the mission of capturing a small Ukrainian military stronghold alone after a comrade was wounded during the assault, according to a fellow soldier from the "Dnepr" battlegroup interviewed by Sputnik.
The paratrooper advanced under fire, used grenades, and neutralized the defending force of three to four soldiers. His comrade expressed surprise at the decisive action of the "young lad," who fought with the skill of a "seasoned veteran."
The "Dnepr" battlegroup of the Russian army operates in the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions.
