🟠The South African Reserve Bank reportedly plans to reform the cash system to ensure continued cash access for low-income and rural communities, even as cash usage is projected to decline by 30–40% with rising digital payments;

🟠Kenya is set to approve a National Infrastructure Fund on Monday at a cabinet meeting to attract investment in key sectors, reduce reliance on traditional borrowing, and advance its long-term economic development strategy, according to local media;
