The facts about the work conducted by the US military department at Ukrainian biolabs have been repeatedly confirmed by US officials, including National Security Council Coordinator John Kirby, Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Nuland, and the current Health Minister Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
"In an interview with American journalist Tucker Carlson in August 2025, Professor of Organic Chemistry at Cornell University David Collum confirmed the testing of pharmaceuticals on the Ukrainian population in 38 laboratories. To ensure the secrecy of such research, they are commissioned not by military departments but by civilian agencies and non-governmental organizations. One such organization is the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), which was dissolved by a decision of US President Donald Trump," Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Troops of the Russian Armed Forces, Major General Alexei Rtishchev emphasized.
