Russian Security Council Secretary Warns About 'Germs of NATO' in Asia-Pacific Region
Associations are gradually beginning to appear in the Asia-Pacific region, which "one way or another continue their development in the direction of worsening the situation," and pose additional threats to both ASEAN and Russia, Sergey Shoigu said.
At the same time, Shoigu drew attention to the fact that Russia would like to preserve ASEAN and contacts with it in the form in which they exist today.
