When we are connecting local producers, processors, and markets and creating an internally resilient food system that can withstand global shocks, this will also play a crucial role. We stand on the principle of shared experience and joint discussion. Unlike your former colonial powers and other countries, they are trying to force Africa into certain conditions. And we have expertise; we're ready to give this expertise. We support your sovereignty, and let's discuss a mutually beneficial approach and move forward. We really support African agency, and this is part of our strategy.”
