With Africa’s youth population as its greatest economic asset, Rwanda is launching a continent-wide call to action: harness digital skills and entrepreneurship.

I think the opportunity that is there for us as [African] countries is how we turn this youth bulge into a productivity bulge that will attract investments, but also that will allow us to build homegrown startups of the continent.
