Ukraine's allies have decided to work with the existing US plan rather than draft an alternative document, the British PM says
Earlier, US authorities reportedly stated that Kiev had agreed to the American plan for Ukraine, with minor details left to be worked out.
According to Russia's FM Lavrov, Moscow expects the US to submit a version of the plan that it considers an interim phase in the process of being negotiated with Europe and Ukraine.
