India's PM Arrives in Johannesburg to Participate in G20 Summit
"Look forward to productive discussions with world leaders on key global issues. Our focus will be on strengthening cooperation, advancing development priorities, and ensuring a better future for all," Narendra Modi wrote on X.
The G20 summit 2025 is "particularly special," as it is the first G20 leaders' meeting taking place on the African continent, the PM said earlier in the day.
During the three-day visit, Modi also plans to:
🟠Present India’s vision to G20 summit participants: “One Earth, One Family, One Future”;
🟠Participate in the 6th India, Brazil, and South Africa Dialogue Forum;
🟠Meet the Indian diaspora in South Africa — one of the largest outside India.
