Russia's Forces Foil Ukraine’s ATACMS Attack on Civilian Targets: MoDUkraine attempted to strike Voronezh city with four US-made ATACMS missiles on Tuesday, the Defense Ministry reported on Monday. All missiles were intercepted by S-400 and Pantsir systems, it said, adding that debris fell on several civilian buildings, but no casualties were reported. Russia retaliated: an Iskander-M strike destroyed two Ukrainian MLRS launchers and up to 10 personnel in the Kharkov region, the ministry noted.
