Ethiopia Proposes to Host BRICS Tourism Academy, Says State Minister
The envisioned academy would bring together “BRICS tourism professors, hotel professionals, [and] experts” to train students from across member countries such as Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, Sileshi Girma, State Minister of Tourism, told Sputnik Africa.
He emphasized that BRICS represents “one-third of the global population” and offers vast potential for tourism collaboration and growth.
Ethiopia, the state minister said, is “really working closely with the BRICS member states” to enhance its visibility and attract more visitors from these influential economies.
