The potential resumption of nuclear testing by Donald Trump is a sign of "profound unease," the Director of the International Atomic Energy Agency told French media.
"They are flexing their muscles. This is an erosion of a system of peace, of international security, and perhaps also of the non-proliferation system," Rafael Grossi said.
Grossi also expressed doubt about Trump's claims of secret Russian and Chinese nuclear tests.
