The Kremlin is unaware of any Ukrainian journalists who had expressed a will to visit the zone where Ukrainian troops are encircled, spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated.
In late October, Putin ordered to ensure the passage of foreign journalists to visit areas in Krasnoarmeysk, Dimitrov, and Kupyansk, where Ukrainian forces are blockaded. The Ukrainian MFA threatened foreign journalists who may visit the districts with "reputation and legal consequences."
