West Sees Africa as Testing Ground for Biological Weapons: Russian Scientist
Africans are regarded by the West as guinea pigs to test biological weapons produced by Western countries, Irina Abramova, Director of the Institute for African Studies at the Russian Academy of Sciences, told Sputnik.
According to her, the activities of Western laboratories conducting research on the most threatening strains of disease are particularly alarming.
"In this regard, the threat of creating, developing, and using biological weapons is extremely serious," Abramova concluded.
