Putin orders to ensure the passage of foreign journalists to visit areas in Krasnoarmeysk, Dimitrov, and Kupyansk, where the Armed Forces of Ukraine are blockaded
Ukrainian journalists will be able to visit these areas upon request from the Armed Forces of Ukraine command.
The Russian command is prepared to cease hostilities in these areas for 5-6 hours if necessary, the Russian Ministry of Defense stated.
The ministry is also prepared to provide unimpeded entry and exit corridors for foreign media groups, including Ukrainian ones, in case there are security guarantees for both journalists and Russian military personnel.
