Darfur Regional Governor Demands Civilian Protection as Rebel RSF Group Claims Control of Key City Mini Arko Minawi has called for the "disclosure of the fate of the displaced" in El Fasher following claims by the rebel paramilitary Rapid Support Forces that they have seized the city.
