Nigeria to Support 1M Youths With Career Training, Entrepreneurship Program
More than 250 000 participants have already joined the nationwide Technical and Vocational Education and Training Initiative, Minister of Education, Maruf Tunji Alausa stated during an inspection visit in Abuja.
The area of training is now central to Nigeria’s development agenda, he noted.
The program, the minister added, aims to provide skills and knowledge in numerous sectors, including:
🟠GSM repair;
🟠modern farming;
🟠plumbing;
🟠fashion.
The curriculum is designed to focus on practical experience, Alausa emphasized.
