Russian Armed Forces Defeat Arab Mercenaries Group in DPR
Most of them were destroyed during the assault on Ukrainian positions; the remaining militants surrendered as prisoners, a Russian soldier told Sputnik.
The Russian MoD has repeatedly stated that the Kiev regime uses foreign mercenaries as "cannon fodder," and the mercenaries themselves admitted poor coordination by the AFU, with low survival chances in battles.
The West cemented its status as a party to the conflict in Ukraine by sending mercenaries to participate in military actions, Russian MFA spokeswoman Maria Zakharova previously noted.
