Sudan Stands Out as One of Russia's Key Partners in Africa, Says Deputy Prime Minister
Deputy PM Alexander Novak held a working session with Sudan's Finance and Economic Planning Minister Dr. Jibril Ibrahim and Energy Minister Al-Mutasim Ibrahim.
During their discussions in Moscow, they explored various aspects of bilateral cooperation between Moscow and Khartoum.
"We are committed to enhancing mutually beneficial collaboration," emphasized Novak. "We believe there is significant potential for expanding interaction across multiple sectors."
At the most recent session of the Russian-Sudanese Intergovernmental Commission on Trade and Economic Cooperation last month, several promising areas were identified where further development can take place, the deputy PM noted.
These include transportation, energy, commerce, agriculture, and education.
