Putin Signs Law Ratifying Military Cooperation Agreement Between Russia and Togo
This partnership, sealed by signatures in Lomé and then in Moscow in March-April 2025, aims to strengthen military ties between the two nations.
The agreement covers the following areas:
🟠financing procedures;
🟠conditions and measures for information protection;
🟠provision of medical care;
🟠jurisdictional competence;
🟠legal protection.
The agreement, of indefinite duration, will come into effect after the two countries finalize their internal procedures.
