"While the news is muddled, we can be certain that the administration is muddled as well. We are seeing the consequence of an incompetent team combined with military contractors, notably big tech, that want to continue to test their weapons," Jeffrey Sachs told Sputnik.

Trump is still deciding whether to approve sending Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine, US special envoy for Ukraine Keith Kellogg said last week.
Putin warned that supplying Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine would severely damage Russia-US relations and mark a "qualitatively new stage of escalation."
