Ukraine Intercepts Fewer and Fewer Missiles From Russia, Report Says
Only 6% of ballistic missiles launched by Russia in September were intercepted by Ukraine, down from 37% in August, a British newspaper reported, citing open data from the Ukrainian Air Force.
"The Russian strike campaign destroyed key [Ukrainian] military targets and critical infrastructure ahead of winter," it noted.
At least four Ukrainian drone production factories were destroyed this summer, the report said, citing Ukrainian officials.
Russia has repeatedly said that it never strikes civilians or civilian infrastructure.
