'Sergey Lavrov Has Been Advocate for the Weakest': Malian Blogger
At the UN podium, the Russian foreign minister 'spoke of the peoples of Africa and Asia who have the right to be free," Ibou Sy told Sputnik Africa.
These people "have the right to self-determination," and Lavrov "made an excellent speech, as usual, at the United Nations," he said.
"We need to review the reorganization of the UN" to give seats to Africa, the Malian stated, noting that this idea was also touched upon by the Russian minister.
