Kremlin Clarifies Russia's New START Proposals:
🟠The initiative will only be viable if the US takes a similar stance;
🟠For Russia to continue to comply with the quantitative restrictions under the New START, a corresponding US stance is needed;
🟠If the US does not adopt a mirror position on the New START, measures will have to be taken;
🟠It is virtually impossible to agree on a new document before the current New START Treaty expires;
🟠Moscow has not previously communicated its proposals regarding the treaty to Washington;
🟠The Kremlin has heard that Trump intends to personally comment on Putin's New START proposals.
